HMRC Tax Returns
Each year Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs require landlords to complete a tax return outlining rental income for the previous year. Solo has a report to quickly generate a statement (and accompanying CSV export) of all rental income collected from tenants in your portfolio over any date range.
The tax return will also consider expenditure related to the property's upkeep and maintenance, which may be used to reduce your tax bill if they are categorised appropriately.
